Pet Policy

Our pet policy allows cats or dogs not weighing over 100lb fully grown. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy, documentation of breed, weight, and age will be required for approval. Caged animals, exotic, feral, wild and animals that require a heating lamp are prohibited. 
Cat - 2 allowed, Max weight 20lb each, One time fee $20.00, Rent $15.00, Deposit $150.00
Dogs under 25lbs - 2 allowed, Max weight 25lb each, One-time fee $20.00, Rent $20.00, Deposit $200.00
Dogs 25 - 50lb - 1 allowed, Max weight 50lb each, One-time fee $20.00, Rent $15.00, Deposit $300.00
